Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Patient Access Clerks to provide dedicated administration and reception support for Outpatients. You will act as the first point of contact for outpatient enquiries, ensuring accurate data capture and efficient booking using Trust systems.

The role requires strong keyboard and communication skills, and a professional presentation in line with the Trust's First Impression Standards. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Formación

• Provide a professional reception and patient-focused service in Outpatients.
• Record information accurately using Trust paper and computer systems.
• Present a confident, courteous image in line with the Trust's standards.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfil routine reception duties for Outpatients.
• Prepare medical notes for outpatient clinics and book appointments.
• Book outpatient/inpatient appointments and update records.
• Be the first point of contact for all Outpatient enquiries and maintain a professional front.
