Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an Elective Access Co-ordinator to join the Access team and help maximise clinic utilisation by monitoring capacity and demand in conjunction with the Access Team leader. You will require good organisational skills and be competent in Careflow, e-RS booking systems and Directory of Services.

The role demands excellent communication, a polite telephone manner, and professional conduct.

Qualificações

• Experience with Careflow, e-RS booking systems and Directory of Services.
• Good communication and telephone manner.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maximise clinic utilisation by monitoring capacity and demand with the Access Team leader.
• Monitor scheduling mailboxes and process requests in a timely manner.
• Book patients in line with local and national access targets for Cancer and RTT standards.
• Provide a professional centralised booking service for outpatient clinics and support the Access Team Leader.
• Coordinate workload for the wider team and support IPDRs, 121s and training.
• Deputise for the Elective Access Team Leader when required.
