Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational management of designated specialties.

• Proactively manage the Electronic Referral System (ERS) for the specialty.
• Deliver training to Clinicians within the speciality for ERS functions.
• Lead and develop teams in line with Trust policy and targets.
• Support staffing and resources to meet capacity and demand needs.
