Owen Daniels is hiring an experienced EHS Specialist on a 12-18 month fixed term contract for maternity cover in Coventry. You will drive EHS performance, manage risk and lead improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on delivering EHS strategy, maintaining ISO systems, and guiding management and staff on practical controls. A proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in EHS within engineering/manufacturing settings.
• Proven ability to manage risk, investigations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EHS strategy, action plans and improvements.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, ensuring effective controls.
• Lead investigations, audits, and corrective actions with Lean thinking.
