Job summary

REESON Education is seeking an experienced EHCP Coordinator to support post-16 students across two sites in Southampton and Gosport. You will manage caseloads, chair annual reviews, and coordinate with families, professionals and local authorities to ensure timely, compliant provision.

The role is 30 hours per week, term-time only, with an immediate start. You will join a committed SEND team delivering high-quality education support across Hampshire settings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEND and complex needs.
• Knowledge of EHCP and annual review process.
• Experience coordinating multi-agency meetings.
• Enhanced DBS issued within the last 3 months or the Update Service.
• Two satisfactory professional references.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and chair EHCP annual review meetings.
• Manage annual review documentation and deadlines.
• Gather feedback from students, parents and professionals.
• Monitor delivery of agreed SEND provision.
• Support students transitioning into and through college.
• Liaise with local authorities regarding consultations and funding.
• Maintain accurate student records and MIS.
• Provide guidance to staff on individual needs.
