Job summary

Berry Recruitment is seeking an EHCP Coordinator to join the team across St Vincent and Richard Taunton Sixth Form College in Southampton. The role is 30 hours per week, term-time only (39 weeks per year), with ASAP start.

You will manage the EHCP process for a caseload of students, chair annual reviews, coordinate and complete draft documents, and provide support to staff to meet deadlines and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• DBS including Child Barring updated within 3 months or registered on the DBS Update Service.
• Two satisfactory references.
• Experience in education/college environment desirable.
• Professional, reliable and positive approach.
• Ability to manage EHCP processes and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the EHCP process for a caseload of students within the trust timelines.
• Coordinate annual reviews to ensure timely completion and compliance.
• Send invites and gather contributions for annual reviews.
• Support staff awareness of the annual review process.
• Chair and complete documents for annual reviews and provide cover as needed.
