REESON Education is seeking an experienced EHCP Coordinator to support post-16 students across two sites in Southampton and Gosport. You will manage caseloads, chair annual reviews, and coordinate with families, professionals and local authorities to ensure timely, compliant provision.
The role is 30 hours per week, term-time only, with an immediate start. You will join a committed SEND team delivering high-quality education support across Hampshire settings.

Reeson Education is recruiting an experienced EHCP Coordinator to support a sixth form college Trust across sites in Southampton and Gosport. This is an immediate agency opportunity for a highly organised SEND professional with strong knowledge of Education, Health and Care Plans and the annual review process.
As an EHCP Coordinator, you will manage an allocated caseload of post 16 students with EHCPs and High Needs funding. You will coordinate and chair annual reviews, gather contributions from families and professionals, and ensure documentation is completed accurately within statutory timescales.
The EHCP Coordinator will work closely with learning support teams, curriculum staff, parents, local authorities and external agencies to ensure students receive the provision outlined within their plans.
To succeed as an EHCP Coordinator, you should have:
Previous experience as an EHCP Coordinator, EHC Caseworker, SEND Administrator, Annual Review Officer or Assistant SENCO would be particularly relevant.
This EHCP Coordinator opportunity offers 30 hours per week, term-time working and the chance to support young people with additional needs across two inclusive post 16 settings.
