As an Assessment Officer (EHC Coordinator), you’ll be at the heart of Medway’s SEND Assessment Hub. You’ll lead on coordinating high-quality Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessments and crafting clear, outcome-focused EHC Plans that truly reflect the aspirations and needs of each child or young person.

It is essential that you have worked in a local authority previously, within a SEND service working with EHC Plans.
