Swale Academies Trust is seeking a dedicated EHCPCoordinator (HLTA Level) to support our primary and secondary schools. Working under the SEND Lead, you will audit EHCP backlogs, collate evidence, draft applications and submit EHCP requests to secure essential resources for pupils with complex needs.

This targeted role demands accurate statutory paperwork, familiarity with the SEND Code of Practice, and the ability to liaise with SENCOs, health professionals and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience with EHCP processes and statutory assessment paperwork.
• Understanding of SEND Code of Practice and local authority criteria.
• Ability to draft precise, legally defensible EHCP applications.
• Experience supporting pupils with complex needs within schools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the collation of evidence and timely submission of EHCNA requests.
