Harrogate Grammar School is seeking an EHCP Coordinator to coordinate EHCP casework, ensuring timely applications, consultations and annual reviews. The role involves collaboration with pupils, families, school staff and Local Authority colleagues to secure appropriate SEND provision.
The post focuses on ensuring statutory compliance, positive outcomes for pupils with SEND, and effective coordination in a supportive, inclusive school environment.
Part-time 24 hours per week worked over 3 days. Term time only plus 2 weeks and training days. Hybrid remote/school based.

Do you have the knowledge, organisation and interpersonal skills to coordinate complex EHCP casework and ensure that children and young people receive the right support to achieve positive outcomes? We are looking to appoint an EHCP Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring that children and young people with SEND receive the right support to meet their individual needs. Working closely with pupils, parents and carers, school colleagues, the Local Authority and a range of external professionals, you will manage the EHCP process from applications and consultations through to annual reviews, ensuring that pupil needs, outcomes and provision are accurately identified and that all statutory requirements and timescales are met.
