Enterprise Account Manager
Enablon is expanding its sales team in Europe! To support the stronger demand for our solutions and as part of our strategy to expand direct sales in Europe, we are currently looking for a Software Enterprise Account Manager to be based in either France or The Netherlands.
What are your responsibilities as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager
As an Enterprise Account Manager at Enablon, you will have an exciting opportunity to drive the growth of EHS/ORM software sales to named top accounts in the Pharma industry.
Key Responsibilities:- You manage complex, global or high-profile sales accounts, both existing and new logo. These accounts represent the top of the pharma industry with EMEA head quarters for global business.
- You are responsible for closing new licences sales in alignment with our own services organization as well as partners, which are typically the top accounting and top implementation firms.
- You sell products/services directly to end users primarily via face-to-face contact
- You manage sales personally with clients and prospects, while orchestrating the team of pre-sales, business development, marketing, services and implementation partners. These sales cycles are both the initial deal with new logo clients as well as the up and cross sell following to expand your “book of business”.
- You develop solution proposals in alignment with sales operations, that encompassing all aspects of the product. Develop, present and sell a proposition based on value.
- You negotiate product/service terms based on discretion in line with department policies and guidelines
- You can manage complex or high-profile territories and/or accounts
- you conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customers’ senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
- Travel to and attend conferences, events and customer meetings as required

What should you bring to Wolters Kluwer’s Enablon ?
You will have both a sales/account management and industry background that will allow you to drive executive level engagement as well as maintain relationships with a network of partners. In addition you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 7+ years’ experience in Field Sales or Account Management or other equivalent experience with a proven track record in software sales.
- Deep understanding of business, enterprise solutions, software platform and implementation services.
- Recognized as an expert in one or more areas with an external reputation within industry, willing and able to act as a spokes person.
