Senior National Account Manager – Grocery or Discounters

Home-based (with travel) | Office in South East

Up to £65k + 30% Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

The Role:

  • We’re looking for two National Account Managers to take ownership of strategic retail partnerships and unlock new growth opportunities
  • One role is to manage Asda & Morrisons, focusing on driving distribution and category growth with key opportunities to unlock
  • The other role is to manage the Discounters channel, including Aldi & Lidl, with a focus on maximizing seasonal deals and maintaining annual listings. There is also a significant opportunity to develop The Range.
  • Both roles offer significant career progression and high visibility within the business—previous NAMs have progressed within the company and moved into Sales Leadership roles in other leading FMCG companies.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven National Account Management experience in FMCG or consumer goods
  • Strong background in grocery, discounters, or general merchandise retailers
  • Track record of driving sales, distribution & category growth
  • A commercial mindset with a passion for building relationships & winning market share
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
