Job Description:

This position is offered on a consultancy basis, with no employment relationship.

We seek a Senior Account Manager with a strategic mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and passion for partnerships to elevate these initiatives. This role involves owning projects from conception to execution, shaping brand identities, building strategic partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business & Strategy: Develop business plans, identify market gaps, create launch roadmaps, and set performance metrics for new events like SPORTECH.
  2. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships, act as a strategic advisor, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  3. Project Ownership & Execution: Manage budgets, collaborate with internal teams for delivery, oversee branding, programming, and content.
  4. Leadership & Innovation: Share insights internally, contribute to business development, mentor junior staff, and represent Kenes at industry events.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of success in partner/client account management, preferably in a project-driven environment.
  • Experience or familiarity with the tech industry; sports background is a strong advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
  • Native or near-native English; additional European languages are a plus.
