Job description

Service Coordinator.
Northampton.
Up to £30,000 per annum DOE.

Mon–Thurs 8:00–16:30 Fri 8:00–15:00.

Our client, a specialist engineering company who provide tailored solutions for industrial air quality, including system installation and maintenance across the UK. They are seeking a Service Coordinator to become a vital part of the team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Service Manager and Operations Director, this role is key role in supporting the administration and coordination of both the service and air quality divisions.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and issuing quotations for service work, testing, and training courses.
  • Managing service and testing contracts.
  • Scheduling engineer site visits and coordinating resources.
  • Administering the CRM system and maintaining the customer database.
  • Creating management reports and tracking customer feedback.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence.
  • Managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Raising invoices in line with contract agreements.
  • Organising service meetings, agendas, and meeting notes.
  • Supporting other service division functions as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar administration or coordinator role
  • Background in engineering or construction is ideal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Tradify and Xero is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks independently.
