Let us set the scene...

Back in 2005, two job seekers with zero recruitment experience decided to challenge the out-dated recruitment agency model after some frustrated encounters.

The traditional agency model was tired, conflicted, and influenced by a massive commission fee that no one liked. So our founders, Anna and Jamie, decided to challenge this.

With some fresh thinking, custom-built tech, a new ethos and a commercial model that worked better for everyone, Recruitment Revolution (RR) was launched (the 1st online agency of its kind).

In our 20th anniversary year were gearing up for a host of exciting new changes to celebrate this milestone. And wed love for you to join us.

Our Story

Frustrated by poor experiences with traditional agencies, our founders (just two regular candidates), decided that the outdated industry needed modernising and a new balance of power. In 2005, a new kind of agency model was born, putting the client and candidate at the heart of the experience whilst removing the pushy sales, schmooze and high fees.

Today, RR firmly sits in the sweet spot between DIY hiring and high fee agencies. As a collaborative partner we deliver the full sourcing and hiring experience to our customers to source & help them hire the very best talent whilst delivering a first class experience to all.

Where Your Brilliance Will Shine

We are currently recruiting a proactive, smart, on the ball and mega-efficient Service Delivery Partner to be responsible for ensuring customers hiring projects are a massive success. From onboarding customers, prepping job content to fanatical service delivery and project wrap-up, you will become a key person in our clients lives.

Sitting right at the heart of the business you will be the link between customers, and our amazing sourcing and candidate experience teams. As a proactive thinker and doer you will be a step ahead all the time with the ability to foresee issues and spot opportunities - and have the playbook to act, transform, change, influence and unite all stakeholders.

You will have the gravitas and confidence to advise clients (from HR Assistants to CEOs) on role positioning and process optimisation to help them hire the people they need faster.

To aid this you will carefully monitor multiple data points with real time client feedback to orchestrate the RR team.

As you might expect (being a recruitment role) youll also be involved with CV filtering (and we do quite a lot).

About You

Were not going to bore you with a list of bullet points. If you know this role youll know what you need: bags of stamina, resilience, mega-efficiency, attention to detail & a desire to deliver a first-class service. But above all else you have a strong work-ethic & be happy to muck-in and graft when on the tools

Youll also need to be happy, upbeat and a warm person that people just click with.

As far as we are concerned theres simply no space for cold, frosty and abrasive people in the people space. Definitely not at RR!

You also need to be fast with tech / SaaS - we use a plethora of apps and systems daily and youll need to navigate these at pace and with precision.
