We’re on the hunt for a talented Site Service Support Controller to oversee the daily operations of our Service Engineers. From planned maintenance and reactive tasks to quoted jobs and warranty repairs, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Be the Engineers’ Go-To Person: You’ll be the main point of contact, supporting our engineers with clear communication, resource planning, and swift problem-solving for urgent tasks.

Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Team Lead, Service Managers, and their Deputies to understand engineers’ skillsets, availability, routes, and customer preferences.

Coordinate Service Excellence: Raise and allocate service orders, procure parts, and schedule maintenance efficiently, ensuring our engineers are always set up for success.

Deliver Customer Care: Take customer calls and provide outstanding service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Keep Things Running Smoothly: Order and manage parts for quoted and maintenance works, making sure everything’s ready for our engineers’ visits.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and thrives on variety. While we’ll provide training, here are some qualities that will help you shine:

Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience in data input.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.

You can balance priorities and remain composed, even when things get hectic.

Any background in customer service or supply chain is a plus (but not essential).

Knowledge of the air conditioning, chiller, or combustion market is advantageous (but not required).

Experience with tools like Moby or Dynamics is a bonus, but we’ll help you get up to speed.
