  • Provide essential support by responding to customer support calls.
  • Coordinate with a team of regionally based technicians to ensure the smooth completion of onsite service works.
  • Log new service calls and liaise with customers.
  • Allocate and schedule service technicians to meet customer requirements.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the Service department.
