This role involves onboarding customers, managing project content, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. You will act as the key link between clients and our sourcing teams, providing strategic advice and overseeing multiple data points to optimize hiring processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage customer onboarding and project setup
2. Coordinate between clients and sourcing teams to ensure smooth delivery
3. Advise clients on role positioning and process improvements
4. Monitor data and client feedback to drive project success
5. Participate in CV filtering and candidate screening as needed
