We are currently going through an exciting period of transformation at Aspire Housing. As part of this, we are constantly looking for smarter, simpler and more efficient ways of working. Our focus is on delivering a “people first” coordination service that keeps the customer at the heart of everything we do. This includes ensuring effective communication and collaboration between customers, contractors, suppliers, internal teams and the delivery of voids and grounds maintenance services.
This role is central to ensuring that all back-office processes are followed accurately and consistently. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery team with data entry and reporting across a wide range of operational workstreams. These include domestic and communal repairs, cleaning services, the management of damp, mould and condensation issues, void property processes and ensuring compliance with HHSRS standards and Awaab’s Law. You will also coordinate glazing works, disrepair cases, and other maintenance-related activities as required.
We’re looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and confident in using computer-based systems. Strong attention to detail is essential, as you’ll be responsible for updating internal systems, requesting asbestos reports, and tracking the progress of both internal and externally delivered works.
Excellent customer service skills are a must, as you’ll be dealing with a variety of stakeholders and helping to ensure we consistently deliver a high-quality, customer-focused maintenance service.
If you pride yourself on a right-first-time approach, enjoy making a difference, and believe in putting people first through excellent communication and teamwork, we would love to hear from you.
In return we can offer you:
• Belonging to a team who make a difference to our community and value equality, diversity and inclusion
• An ambitious, creative and collaborative working environment
• Flexible agile approach to home working with training being provided face to face
• Competitive rates of pay
• A generous company pension scheme
• A full benefits and discounts platform
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays + 3 concessionary days at Christmas
• Holiday buy, comprehensive employee assistance program, tech and annual saving schemes
• 2 Volunteer daysper year to support the community
• Wellbeing, health drop ins and stay safe provisions to look after you at work
• Option to join the medical health cash plan
