The Role:

The Account Executive will be part of our newly created referral team, responsible for closing leads referred by partner businesses. We seek someone to conduct outreach, drive deals through the sales funnel, and close business. We value competitive, energetic individuals who thrive on challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage prospects referred through partners from initial outreach to closing
  • Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate Blink Payment’s value
  • Collaborate with the team to transition clients through the sales process and activate them
  • Become a product expert on Blink Payment's platform, market positioning, and solutions, supported by relevant case studies
  • Position Blink Payment’s value proposition to potential merchants
  • Work with product teams and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and promote adoption of new channels

Key Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years as a Senior SDR
  • 1+ years in the payments industry
  • Cold calling experience
  • Process-driven mindset
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, comfortable with senior executives
  • Proactive, problem solver, deal-closer with a positive, innovative mindset
