Field Sales Territory Lead

Location: Dundee, Angus, Aberdeen - minimum of 3 days a week on patch

Salary circa £60,000 (base salary + uncapped commission) company car and fuel card

What You Will Be Working On

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of field sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Coaching and mentoring team members in the field, providing hands-on support and feedback
  • Monitoring performance and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Supporting the team in generating leads, managing pipelines, and closing sales
  • Ensuring consistent brand messaging and a high-quality, customer-first approach across all interactions
  • Reporting on territory performance and working closely with sales leadership team

What You Will Bring To The Role

  • Previous experience in field sales, with a track record of delivering results
  • Experience in managing a sales team, with a proactive and positive mindset
  • Highly motivated and results-focused, with a hands-on leadership style
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within your territory
