As a Lead Sales/Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our global product development teams, external customers, and the EU Sales team to understand challenges, provide technical expertise, and design integration solutions across Europe. The role involves working with product teams to prioritize feature development supporting customer adoption of our platforms, combining responsibilities in software, systems, integration, and data engineering. You will evaluate technological effectiveness through requirements gathering, testing, research, and investigations, and recommend improvements. You will work directly with our AVP of Sales and customers to ensure satisfaction and alignment with technical teams. Some travel within Europe and internationally will be required.
Salary: Competitive
Location: Work From Home (UK-based), with occasional travel to our European HQ in Egham and Leeds office. International travel up to 20% required.
