Junior Front of House Manager | Full Time

The role:

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, own your shifts, and drive individual and restaurant performance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach team members on the go
• Has an understanding of managing labor, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
• Is skilled at recognizing and celebrating great performance during shifts
