Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in education, leisure or activity-based sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Confident collaborating with operations and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow the residential and activity sales pipeline for Chasewater.
• Generate new business through proactive outreach to schools, MATs and youth groups.
• Manage incoming enquiries, providing excellent service and converting leads.
• Carry out outbound sales via phone, email, social media, events and networking.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates and progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key education and youth stakeholders.
• Support repeat bookings by delivering a friendly, professional customer experience.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve services and products.
• Work with the operations team to understand capacity and programme availability.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote Chasewater effectively.
• Share customer insights to support marketing content and campaigns.
• Assist with creating proposals, presentations and promotional materials.
