An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Curriculum Quality Manager to join a growing Learning Provider, specialising in Early Years education. Based in a vibrant part of central Birmingham, with excellent transport links, you will have the flexibility of 1-2 days WFH. This business champions a strong work-life balance, so if you’re an experienced Curriculum Quality Manager or an ambitious Lead IQA ready to step into a strategic leadership role, then we want to speak with you!
Do you thrive in a purpose-driven environment where your expertise directly improves learner outcomes? If so, I’m currently looking for a confident and knowledgeable Quality professional who wants the opportunity to help shape the future of the Quality and Compliance provision. Ideally, you’ll bring experience from within the Early Years education sector and a strong understanding of the unique challenges and standards of independent training providers. However, if you feel you meet most but not all these requirements, we would still love to hear from you!
As a Curriculum Quality Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving quality assurance across the organisation. You’ll have a passion for continuously monitoring and improving standards, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements, and supporting curriculum development to enhance the learner experience.
