I’m currently partnering with a leading independent financial advice firm to recruit a T&C Manager who will take full ownership of the business’s Training & Competence function. This is a key role supporting the continuous development of Financial Planners, Mortgage Advisers, Employee Benefit Consultants, and Appointed Representatives across the Group.
