SENse Learning is seeking Education Assistants to mentor and support SEND learners in homes and community settings across the UK. You will deliver one-to-one sessions using our curriculum, focusing on confidence, life skills, and emotional regulation alongside academic help.

Role involves flexible part-time to full-time hours, with DBS checks and references. Join a mission-driven team committed to inclusive education and safer recruitment practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or young people with complex needs
• Ability to work in child-centred, holistic ways
• Understanding of trauma-informed support approaches
• UK-based with right to work, even for remote/online roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and youths
• Provide one-to-one support in homes and communities
• Support development of life skills, confidence and independence
• Use trauma-informed strategies and flexible approaches
• Provide progress feedback and adapt support as needed
