You will work to ensure reliable systems, assist with classroom tech, and support AV equipment used during lessons and meetings. A proactive, user-friendly approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support or similar role.
• Good understanding of Windows operating systems, hardware, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to users with varying IT confidence.
• Experience with educational technology or school management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support across the school.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Assist with setting up computers and devices for new staff.
• Support interactive displays, projectors, printers and AV equipment.
• Maintain records of IT requests and completed repairs.
