Protocol Education Limited is seeking an IT Technician for a Newham school to provide first-line and second-line IT support, ensuring smooth teaching and learning through robust technology. • Experience in IT Technician/Support roles.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line and second-line IT support across the school.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and other devices.
• Support classroom technology including interactive displays and audiovisual equipment.
• Manage user accounts, passwords and Microsoft 365 services.
• Assist with network maintenance, system upgrades and software deployments.
