Job summary

Hireful is seeking an ICT Technician or IT Support Technician to support schools in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. You’ll be the go-to expert, managing IT systems, solving technical issues, and installing hardware and software to improve teaching and learning environments.

You will act as the key link between schools and the wider company. The role offers a base salary of £24k-£32k with great benefits, and a chance to develop in a customer-facing, education-focused IT service, supporting

Qualifications

Previous IT Support experience, preferably up to 2nd line.
Experience in a school, academy or college is highly desirable.
Experience installing, maintaining and fixing IT equipment (servers, software, networks, hardware, telephony).
Experience supporting Office 365, Google Workspace and Chromebooks is desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with a customer-facing focus.

Responsibilities

Be the go-to IT expert, managing IT systems for schools and resolving technical problems.
Install, configure and maintain hardware and software across school environments.
Provide first-class support to schools and act as the link between schools and the wider company.
Ensure reliable connectivity and smooth operation of IT services used by teaching and admin staff.
