Job summary

Explore Learning in North London is seeking a confident, people-first leader to run one of our education centres. You will own service delivery, member acquisition, team culture and your centre's growth, building a high-performing environment where children thrive and families trust us.

You will balance educational leadership with day-to-day operations, coach tutors, monitor progress with KPIs, safeguard every child, and drive revenue through community engagement and marketing events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a centre or large team.
• Passion for education and safeguarding.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of centre performance using KPIs and data.
• Own centre profitability, revenue management and membership growth.
• Coach and develop a supervisor and tutors to high standards.
• Create a positive, high-performance culture with accountability.
• Safeguard every child and ensure Ofsted and company compliance.
• Drive community engagement and marketing events to grow membership.
• Deliver excellent family and member experiences from enquiry to progress.
• Manage day-to-day operations for smooth centre running.
