Explore Learning in West Yorkshire is seeking a confident, people-first Centre Lead to run one of our education centres in Leeds/Bradford. You will own service delivery, member growth, and the centre's profitability, while building a high-performing team and safeguarding every child in your care.

You will balance tutoring excellence with day-to-day operations, coach tutors, engage with families, and deliver outstanding experiences from first enquiry to ongoing progress.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in education or fast-paced environment.
• Passion for education and safeguarding children.
• Ability to own centre goals, drive progress and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to diagnose needs, plan strategically, and improve results.

Responsibilities

• Use KPIs and performance data to improve outcomes.
• Own centre profitability, revenue management, and staffing efficiency.
• Lead, coach and develop tutors and a supervisor.
• Create a high-performance culture with engagement and accountability.
• Safeguard every child and ensure Ofsted and company compliance.
• Drive membership growth through community engagement and events.
• Deliver excellent family and member experiences from enquiry to progress.
• Manage day-to-day operations to run the centre smoothly.
