Explore Learning Ltd. seeks a confident, people-first leader to run one of our education centres in West Yorkshire.

You’ll own service delivery, new member acquisition, and your centre’s growth while building a high-performing team of tutors, ensuring safeguarding and Ofsted/compliance. You will lead day-to-day operations, optimise revenue and staff efficiency, and drive community engagement to grow membership.

Responsibilities

• Using KPIs and performance data to continuously improve results
• Ownership of overall centre profitability including revenue management, optimising staff efficiency, and driving membership growth
• Leading, coaching, and developing a supervisor and team of tutors
• Creating a positive, high-performance team culture with strong engagement and accountability
• Safeguarding every child in your care and ensuring full Ofsted and company compliance
• Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
• Delivering excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
• Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently
• Role modelling excellent tutoring and coaching your team to achieve maths and English progress
• Monitoring and celebrating member progress and discussing next steps with families
• Building centre reputation through local brand presence and community engagement
• Hosting trial sessions, managing enquiries and new member experience
