Qualifications

• Experience leading a centre or similar educational setting.
• Strong data use to drive improvements and growth.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff and tutors.
• Commitment to safeguarding and Ofsted/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of centre performance and profitability.
• Drive member acquisition and retention through community engagement.
• Coach and develop supervisors and tutors to deliver progress.
• Maintain high engagement and accountability within the team.
• Safeguard every child in your care and ensure compliance.
