Job summary

Explore Learning in Birmingham is seeking an inspiring and proactive Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You'll work with the Centre Manager to lead Tutors, grow your centre, and deliver excellent service for families.

You’ll drive membership growth through community engagement, maximise profitability, and coach your Tutor team to deliver outstanding maths and English progress while safeguarding every child.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through community engagement, partnerships and events.
• Maximise profitability through debt and revenue management and staff efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional family and member experiences from enquiry to progress.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the centre to run smoothly.
• Lead, coach and develop Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences.
• Champion safeguarding and the safety of every child in your care.
