Explore Learning is seeking a confident, people‑first leader to run one of our education centres in the UK. You’ll own service delivery, member acquisition, and centre growth, building a high‑performing team and safeguarding children.

You’ll use KPIs to drive profitability, coach staff, engage with the community, and deliver excellent family experiences from enquiry to long‑term progress. This is a full‑time permanent role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use data and KPIs to drive centre performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of centre performance and profitability.
• Grow membership through community engagement and events.
• Coach and develop supervisors and tutors to high standards.
• Ensure safeguarding, Ofsted/compliance and safe operations.
• Deliver excellent family and member experiences from enquiry to progress.
• Manage day-to-day operations for smooth running.
