Job summary

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee catering and service operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week and 44 weeks per year.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing delicious food, supervising culinary and catering teams, monitoring KPIs, representing Compass Group UK&I, and ensuring Health & Safety standards across all catering and service staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to high standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to maintain service quality.
• Communicating with the line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and upholding brand image.
• Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Training and supporting teams to excel in their roles.
• Implementing Health & Safety standards across catering and service teams.
