Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor for a part-time role contracted to 30 hours per week across Chartwells catering and service operations in education settings.

The role features Mon-Fri day shifts, with a 43.2-week year. You will manage food preparation, supervise teams, monitor KPIs with your line manager, and uphold health and safety standards while representing the Compass brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of catering experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Training and supporting teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
