Job summary

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor for a part-time role (~30 hours/week) to oversee catering and service operations. The ideal candidate has at least two years of catering experience, team leadership skills, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain exceptional service.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold the brand image.
• Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and support teams to excel in their roles.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across teams.
