Job summary

Chartwells Independent in the education sector is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations on a part-time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week. You will supervise kitchens and service counters to deliver exceptional food and customer service, lead teams, and work with your line manager to monitor KPIs and maintain brand standards.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of catering experience, a Basic Food Hygiene

Responsibilities

• Preparing food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure service quality.
• Communicating with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining brand image.
• Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Training teams and leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across teams.
