Job summary

Outcomes First Group's Hillingdon Grange site is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join a multidisciplinary clinical team. The role focuses on delivering bespoke SLT assessments and interventions to pupils, with a caseload held under supervision, and collaboration with education teams.

You will work to support pupils with developmental trauma, neurodivergence, or SEMH needs, in a settings-based approach, with opportunities for CPD and research involvement.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registered and registered with the RCSLT.
• Experience with engaging individuals with complex communication profiles.
• Knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary working in various settings.
• Good relationship building and strong communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Hold a Speech and Language Therapy caseload with supervision.
• Collaborate with education teams and contribute to staff training.
• Support pupils with developmental trauma, neurodivergence or SEMH needs.
• Participate in research projects and training groups.
