Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join the in-house clinical team at Syon Manor College. You will deliver bespoke SaLT assessments and interventions to pupils with diverse needs within an educational setting, collaborating closely with education staff.

You will manage a caseload with supervision, contribute to staff training, and support development of pupil outcomes across three sites, including Isleworth, Uxbridge, and Hillingdon.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registered and RCSLT registration.
• Experience with neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice.
• Experience in multidisciplinary settings.
• Experience communicating with families and carers.
• Knowledge of SaLT assessment tools and intervention planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Hold a Speech and Language Therapy caseload with clinical supervision.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation.
• Collaborate with education teams to support pupils' independence.
