Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join the in-house clinical team at Glebedale School, Staffordshire. The role delivers bespoke SaLT assessments and interventions to pupils within an education setting, in collaboration with the education teams.

You will hold a SaLT caseload with clinical supervision and contribute to staff training, with a focus on neurodivergent and trauma-informed approaches.

Qualifications

• Registered SaLT with HCPC and RCSLT
• Experience with neurodivergent and trauma-informed practice preferred
• Experience delivering training and supervision to others

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke SaLT assessment and intervention in education settings
• Hold a clinical caseload with supervision support
• Work with education teams to enable pupil independence
• Contribute to staff training and consultation
