Outcomes First Group is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join Manor House School in West Sussex. You will deliver bespoke SaLT assessments and interventions to pupils, working with a multidisciplinary team to support development, trauma-informed practice, and independence.

The role offers permanent contract (term-time or flexible full-time), 37.5 hours per week, with a £3,000 welcome bonus and a £2,000 CPD training allowance after probation. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
