Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Oaktree School. You will deliver bespoke SLT assessments and interventions to pupils within an educational setting, collaborating with educators and leaders to promote independence and communication outcomes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy required.
• HCPC registration or equivalent professional body registration.
• At least 2 years' experience as a registered SLT in a similar setting.
• Experience engaging with diverse communication profiles and trauma-informed practice.
• Ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team and communicate with families.
• Willingness to develop further SaLT knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke SLT assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Work with education team to support pupils with SEMH or neurodivergent needs.
• Hold a SLT caseload with supervision and contribute to staff training.
• Support safeguarding and person-centred approaches across settings.

Education

SLT degree (BSc/MSc)

HCPC registration

RCSLT experience (2+ yrs)
