Job summary

Outcomes First Group's Hemlock Stone School in Nottinghamshire is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house clinical team. Deliver bespoke SLT assessments and interventions to pupils who may have developmental trauma, neurodiversity or SEMH needs, within an education setting.

You will manage a caseload with clinical supervision and contribute to staff training, CPD, and multi-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registered and registered with the RCSLT.
• Some relevant experience in engaging with individuals with complex communication profiles.
• Knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice.
• Experience of multidisciplinary working in various settings.
• Experience communicating with families and carers.
• Willingness to develop knowledge and skills in different areas of SLT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Hold a Speech and Language therapy caseload with supervision.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
• Support CPD goals and professional development.
