Duties:- Manage a team of 7 education administrators, ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of all administrative functions, including data management, learner allocation, exam management, resource procurement, and stock control.
- Allocate tasks and monitor workload to ensure departmental objectives are met.
- Deliver training and development across relevant administrative processes and systems.
- Ensure all data is accurate, compliant with standards, and uploaded in a timely manner.
- Ensure learners undertaking work experience are reimbursed correctly.
- Identify and implement improvements in administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports for the SMT regarding educational performance, attendance, and outcomes.
Essential Criteria:- Experience in a similar Administration Management role, preferably within the education sector.
- Experience using data management systems.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ideally hold a Level 3 Business Admin qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
