Job Title: Education Admin Manager

Location: York - Centre based

Salary: Up to £32,000 (Depending on experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties:
  • Manage a team of 7 education administrators, ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of all administrative functions, including data management, learner allocation, exam management, resource procurement, and stock control.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor workload to ensure departmental objectives are met.
  • Deliver training and development across relevant administrative processes and systems.
  • Ensure all data is accurate, compliant with standards, and uploaded in a timely manner.
  • Ensure learners undertaking work experience are reimbursed correctly.
  • Identify and implement improvements in administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare and present reports for the SMT regarding educational performance, attendance, and outcomes.

Essential Criteria:
  • Experience in a similar Administration Management role, preferably within the education sector.
  • Experience using data management systems.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ideally hold a Level 3 Business Admin qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
