Job summary

Bromcom is seeking a Software Customer Success Manager to join our Ed Tech MIS leadership. This role combines remote and on-site consultancy to support schools from primary through secondary, helping them maximize Bromcom’s software and data reporting capabilities.

You will work with schools and MATs, deliver training, and ensure successful adoption post-live. The role requires strong communication, a passion for data, and the ability to adapt as the software evolves.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of new and existing customers on Bromcom software from primary through to secondary.
• Provide consultancy and advice to customers on how to best use Bromcom to produce high quality analysis and reports.
• Act as a Customer Success Manager for new customers, supporting them to adopt the product after they are live.
• Help maintaining online training materials as the software develops.
