We have an exciting and challenging opportunity to join a small team of enthusiastic Vaccinations Admin Support Assistants to support the delivery of NHS Highland’s vaccination programme.
The successful candidate will have strong administration skills with the ability to work in a fast paced, evolving environment.
You will be competent in the use of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel and Microsoft Teams and be able to demonstrate:
You will be required to manage referrals for the NHS Highland vaccination programme, including contacting citizens to schedule, book and reschedule vaccination appointments locally and/or via National systems.
You will provide administration support within NHS Highland’s Vaccination Service to ensure accurate records are maintained, be required to manage inbound/outbound calls together with managing emails/voicemails received by the service and to escalate enquiries, where required.
Full training will be provided.

NHS Scotland is reducing the full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours starting 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This change will be reflected in this advert and employment contracts.
