Our client is a serviced accommodation agency offering tailor-made housing solutions in the UK. They are looking for a talented Administrative/Customer Service Assistant who thrives on responsibility, champions clear communication, and knows how to keep things running like clockwork.

Key Tasks
  1. Collate reviews for our business from landlords & guests
  2. Manage client-based reporting, ensuring each client file is up to date with all the necessary information.
  3. Ensure receipt of guest & landlord videos. Ensure opt-ins to guest & landlord t’s and c’s.
  4. Upload new houses to our database
  5. Upload enquiries to our system
  6. Handle enquiries from receipt through to offering out
  7. Update and circulate weekly reporting
  8. Be the gatekeeper for our business WhatsApp / email inbox – ensuring all communications are followed up on
  9. Financial reconciliations – reconcile payments to invoices
  10. Ad hoc projects
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Strong admin skills, both written & verbal
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work proactively, show initiative and work as part of a team
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations and customers
